The doll itself comes in a purple and black window box with gothic inspired designs. She is kept in place with three ribbons and protected with a facenet. While her face is not painted, she does come with eyelashes, blue eyes, shorts, top, and a black wig, attached with velcro to her head. The clothes are soft jersey and very well made. And her features are so detailed that she looks quite nice without having a painted face. The skintone is actually a blueish grey. It's a beautiful color, but she's not really a pale white or pale pink that most pale skin tones are. Delilah's whole sculpt is very delicate and detailed.
