ToonaRoona standard shipping is flat rate and at our discretion may be shipped on any of the following carriers.

Address Verification
Address verification is a precautionary measure ToonaRoona performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent
activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such
as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your
credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting
your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your
shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact
your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please
allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.
Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble
when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online
order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of
fraud. Then, simply give us a call at 1-877-281-1717 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification
to complete the processing of your order.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your ToonaRoona purchase, Please visit online Order Status or call 1-877-281-1717
for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under
any circumstances unless such product is defective (see the section below). If the item is returnable and you
send it back to us unopened in the original box, ToonaRoona will offer you a refund based on your original method
of payment. You must return the product to the ToonaRoona warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of
the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals,
documentation and registration that shipped with the product. ToonaRoona may assess a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
ToonaRoona does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products
- Opened memory, including storage devices such as memory sticks
- Opened software
- Gift Cards
- Gift Packaging
Defective merchandise
Defective merchandise may be exchange for the exact same item at no cost to you whithin 30 calendar days of
receipt. Please visit online Order Status or call 1-877-281-1717 for a Return Material Authorization.
Please Note: Damaged boxes will not be considered as defective.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure
your package for safe return to ToonaRoona or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely
protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking
or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product
during shipping.
